As we all age there is an increased chance of us developing health conditions. When it comes to providing care for someone who needs support with a health issue, it can seem like a daunting prospect. This is why we have a tried and tested step by step training process to prepare our Care Professionals to provide quality and reliable health care assistance with confidence.
Radfield Home Care has been providing care and health care assistance since 2008. Over the years we have developed our training and induction programmes to provide the very best training for our care assistants. This allows them to provide services such as medication support and physical disability care with capability and respect.
To begin a career in care you do not need any formal qualifications. We provide on-the-job training from the start that may lead to further training courses in such subjects as first aid, food hygiene, health and safety, or how to help people with mobility issues. There may also be an opportunity to work towards further qualifications such as a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. There have been many instances of people starting their career with us and progressing to higher level qualifications, such as a foundation degree or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care.
If you enjoy helping people and want to make a difference to their lives, then a career in care with Radfield could be just what you’re looking for.
