Providing an in-depth induction plan, comprehensive training, and a dedicated support network for our Care Professionals is an integral part of how Radfield Home Care works. If we didn’t provide our care assistants with the necessary support and training, they would not be able to deliver the high quality home care assistance we strive for.
We are on a mission to help the nation age well by remaining connected to the things that matter the most to them. We do this by equipping exceptional people with the knowledge and skillset to provide exceptional care.
To begin a career in care you do not need any formal qualifications. We provide on-the-job training from the start that may lead to further training courses in such subjects as first aid, food hygiene, health and safety, or how to help people with mobility issues. There may also be an opportunity to work towards further qualifications such as a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. There have been many instances of people starting their career with us and progressing to higher level qualifications, such as a foundation degree or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care.
If you enjoy helping people and want to make a difference to their lives, then a career in care with Radfield could be just what you’re looking for.
