All documentation is carefully managed allowing for real-time collaboration and document sharing. All documents have tiered access for franchise partners, care managers, and office staff. All resource content is kept up-to-date and is version controlled.

We monitor your documents for compliance issues and help to keep you in line with CQC requirements. Our document solution also enables video conferencing and weekly video meetings with your Business Performance Manager.

Digital staff management

Managing your care team, allocating hours and ensuring that your team is working as effectively as possible is a key element of business success. At Radfield, we use a care rostering system to make the production of rotas and the management of care staff as efficient as possible.
