Learn moreAt Radfield we are proud of the exceptional standards of care that all the businesses in our network provide to their local communities. It’s what our brand stands for. Exceptional care can only be provided by exceptional people in exceptional businesses. That’s why we provide all our Franchise Partners with dedicated, specialist guidance as they create care plans and arrange the delivery of the necessary care services.
Along with providing quality bespoke care, it’s vital for a home care service to comply with the requirements of the regulatory body, the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This is a business reality and a necessity across the sector. We’ve worked with CQC requirements since it was first established in 2009 and before that, we worked with its predecessors. We know what’s required. That’s why we’re able to give all Franchise Partners in the Radfield network systematic support and procedures to follow to ensure their CQC registration is a straightforward process, setting them on a path to achieve the coveted ratings of Good or Outstanding.
The CQC is the regulatory body for home care services in England. When Dr Hannah Mackechnie and her brother Alex Green first established Radfield Home Care, they were struck by how complex the process of becoming CQC registered can be. Since 2008, Hannah and her expert compliance team have been perfecting the process for acquiring CQC registration and achieving a strong rating of either Good or Outstanding.
Radfield Home Care Franchise Partners all benefit from these decades of experience that the team has in acquiring CQC registration and all franchise business leaders are supported at every step through the inspection process right up to achieving a rating to be proud of.
Care is the core service on which our business is built. Delivering exceptional care services to Radfield standards requires planning, it’s far more than paying a client regular visits. Radfield Home Care has a step-by-step process for preparing Franchise partners to run a business that creates, and delivers on, thorough care plans. One of the initial steps is to recruit a Registered Care Manager. Care Managers have many important responsibilities on their shoulders, including the creation of care plans and arranging the schedules of Care Professionals. This is why it is crucial to recruit a Care Manager that is not only skilled at the role, but aligns with the core values of Radfield; to help the nation age well and remain connected to the things that matter most.
We’ve put together some questions to help you think about what joining the Radfield network might mean for you.
