Charlotte is responsible for the day to day running of the office in line with CQC regulations and also for ensuring that the service is safe, caring, responsive, effective and well led.

Care Coordinator

Sophie joined Radfield with valuable care experience that she gained in a range of settings, including a care home as well as a hospital, she is a real asset to the team.
