We treat our carers as a trusted family and we empower them to treat our clients with the same warmth and respect.
We understand, listen, and act as caring advocates, to support people in living their own, unique lives to the full.
We’re proud to stand out for the right reasons, by always pushing for the very best outcomes for every individual.
“Supporting people to live independently is highly rewarding, and as a care manager it also means you can influence the way the services are developed. Helping people to live at home whilst retaining their independence is at the core of what we do, and there is no better feeling in supporting our clients to achieve this.”
Denys Hall - Owner/Director
Radfield Home Care Ormskirk is dedicated to providing outstanding live in care and visiting care to people living in their own homes. Our services are delivered without compromise and we are committed to Be There, helping our nation age well by remaining connected to the things that matter most to them.
The office was opened by Dave Bellis and Denys Hall in 2023 with the goal of supporting their local communities with high-quality care services for older people living at home within the Ormskirk area.
Radfield Home Care Ormskirk can support people with a variety of specialist medical conditions such as dementia, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, cancer and respiratory failure. We can also provide flexible care following an event such as a fall or hospital admission or to provide a family member respite from a caring role.
The available care packages are highly individualised and range from small weekly companionship-based visits, to large, multiple care visits throughout the day and night. Care may incorporate the latest in assistive technology solutions with our connected care range, or these may be used instead of care visits if someone isn’t quite ready for a person to support them. We can also provide end-of-life care to support someone to pass at home.
Our recruitment process is thorough and all our Care Professionals are employed by us. Those selected to join our team receive high-quality training, support and ongoing professional development to ensure the very highest standards of care are delivered to our clients.
CQC (Care Quality Commission) is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. It makes sure that health and social care services provide people with high-quality safe care.
We have been named as a Top 20 Home Care Group for seven consecutive years, making Radfield Home Care one of the most recommended home care groups amongst over 12,000 providers.
The Homecare Association helps organisations that provide social care to people in their own homes, promoting high standards of care.
Radfield Home Care was named 2023’s “Outstanding National Home Care Group” at the Home Care Awards. Radfield swept the ceremony with five wins.
