“I am so proud of the home care services our Care Professionals provide, they are pillars of the community with the support they provide our older people.”
Dawn Phillips - Owner/Director
At Radfield Home Care Worcester, Droitwich & Malvern we are dedicated to providing the highest standards of care to you in your own home. We are committed to Be There for our clients, Care Professionals, and our community; helping our nation age well and remain connected to the things that matter most to them.
The branch was founded in 2010 by Dawn Phillips who identified a need for a quality-focused local home care company. By putting the needs of its clients first, Radfield Home Care has established itself as a Top 20 Home Care Group.
Radfield Home Care Worcester, Droitwich & Malvern can support people with a variety of specialist medical conditions such as dementia, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, cancer and respiratory failure. We can also provide flexible care following an event such as a fall or hospital admission or to provide a family member respite from a caring role.
The available care packages are highly individualised and range from small weekly companionship-based visits, to large, multiple care visits throughout the day and night. Care may incorporate the latest in assistive technology solutions with our connected care range, or these may be used instead of care visits if someone isn’t quite ready for a person to support them. We can also provide end-of-life care to support someone to pass at home.
Our recruitment process is thorough and all our Care Professionals are employed by us. Those selected to join our team receive high-quality training, support and on-going professional development to ensure the very highest standards of care are delivered to our clients.
We are also committed to being a Living Wage Accredited Employer paying the independently calculated Living Wage rate to all our Care Professionals. The Living Wage Foundation recognises and celebrates the leadership shown by Living Wage Employers across the UK.
CQC (Care Quality Commission) is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. It makes sure that health and social care services provide people with high-quality safe care.
We have been named as a Top 20 Home Care Group for seven consecutive years, making Radfield Home Care one of the most recommended home care groups amongst over 12,000 providers.
Radfield Home Care was named 2023’s “Outstanding National Home Care Group” at the Home Care Awards. Radfield swept the ceremony with five wins.
Radfield is proud to be committed to being a Living Wage Accredited Employer paying the independently calculated Living Wage rate to all its Care Professionals.
