We would like to introduce you to Andrea, who joined us in September 2017. Andrea is our recruitment and HR manager for Radfield Home Care Havering and holds a wealth of organisational and administrative experience as a personal assistant and coordinator across multiple departments.
Andrea is responsible for recruiting our care team and ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently. She is responsible for ensuring our care teams are set up for success to perform their roles and that our carer and client information is compliant with the Care Quality Commission’s regulations.
