We would like to introduce you to Hoi Man Leung, Field Care Supervisor for Radfield Home Care Barnet & Finchley. Hoi Man is responsible for mentoring and supporting our care team and ensuring that standards are maintained at the highest possible level.
Hoi Man Leung had been a dedicated social worker in Hong Kong for nearly five years, specializing in supporting adults with learning disabilities, Autism, and mental health challenges. Her responsibilities have included comprehensive case management, overseeing administrative tasks, and supervising the duties of rehabilitation and care workers within both residential and day centre settings.
In addition to these roles, Hoi Man has been actively involved in providing support to clients and their families, ensuring that they receive the necessary resources and guidance, as well as having led a training team, delivering both group and individual training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of clients.
Hoi Man goes on to say:
“My inspiration to be involved in the adult social care sector stems from a deep commitment to making a meaningful impact in people’s lives, especially who are vulnerable or facing challenges. Throughout my career, I have witnessed the profound difference that compassionate and effective care can make, not just for individuals but also for their families and communities.
