Power To Live Foundation
The Power to Live Foundation (PTLF) champions the provision of cost-effective mental health support and has become a valuable partner for our office and team. Through the PTLF, we cover the cost of a first therapy session for everyone in our team. We know that exceptional care can only be provided by exceptional people, and are committed to supporting our Care Professionals, with support from organisations like the PTLF, so they may deliver outstanding care.

First Port – Weston Court
We provide free Chair Yoga classes to our clients and the local community. This provides a gentle and welcoming space for older people to exercise. This service has grown to become an appreciated event at First Port, Weston Court retirement housing complex. We have built a close relationship with the development manager, Mirabela, and her residents, supporting them with three Chair Yoga classes a month.
