We treat our carers as a trusted family and we empower them to treat our clients with the same warmth and respect.
We understand, listen, and act as caring advocates, to support people in living their own, unique lives to the full.
We’re proud to stand out for the right reasons, by always pushing for the very best outcomes for every individual.
“I started my career as a family care worker before a career change into finance. I have spent the last 15 years in finance with a focus on mentoring and coaching my team, graduates, apprentices and other colleagues to explore and reach their full potential and goals. I will be bringing this positive approach to all of my care family to make sure our clients receive the best possible service.”
Karen Knapp - Owner/Director
