At Radfield Home Care Bromley, Orpington & Beckenham we are dedicated to providing the highest standards of care to you in your own home. The Bromley, Orpington & Beckenham office was established in 2022 by Simi Ghuman and Chanice Baugh, bringing quality home care built on a forty year legacy to the Bromley area. Simi and Chanice wanted to establish a high-quality home care service to help older people age well at home and create a supportive work environment for exceptional care professionals.
Home Care & Live in Care in Bromley, Orpington & Beckenham can support people with a variety of specialist medical conditions such as dementia, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, cancer and respiratory failure. We can also provide flexible care following an event such as a fall or hospital admission or to provide a family member respite from a caring role.
The available care packages are highly individualised and range from small weekly companionship-based visits, to large, multiple care visits throughout the day and night. Care may incorporate the latest in assistive technology solutions with our connected care range, or these may be used instead of care visits if someone isn’t quite ready for a person to support them. We can also provide end-of-life care to support someone to pass at home.
We invest heavily in training and supporting our Care Professionals to ensure that our clients and their relatives have peace of mind that their loved ones are receiving respectful and professional care. Our in-depth recruitment process employs only the most suitable Care Professional candidates.
We are also committed to being a Living Wage Accredited Employer paying the independently calculated Living Wage rate to all our Care Professionals. The Living Wage Foundation recognises and celebrates the leadership shown by Living Wage Employers across the UK.
