Tell us about your career background and how you came to join Radfield Home Care

I come from a background of customer service and administration roles and have also completed my level 3 business admin apprenticeship. I’m highly organised and love a list so admin suits me down to a T! I joined Radfield as I liked the idea of being able to put my transferable skills into a place which also cares about those it works for and with.

What is your current role and what do you enjoy about working for Radfield Home Care

My current role is Office Administrator and I enjoy not only learning about the processes and systems used at Radfield but also what they do for their clients and how I can support both the office team, our care professionals and our clients to allow them to live life how they want to.

Why Radfield Home Care? Is there anything specific that stands out to you when compared to other home care providers?

As Radfield is the only Home Care company rated Outstanding in the area this gives me a sense of security that the company is both professionally and personally of the highest standard.

Any special moments with clients you would like to share?

I am looking forward to speaking to some of our clients on the phone and getting to know them. As we organise multiple days out with clients throughout the year I am hoping to be able to attend some of these and help create brilliant experiences for our clients.
