There are many different ways in which people can experience physical disabilities. Typically longer-term conditions, they are likely to limit someone’s ability to move or otherwise function physically.
Sometimes this means people cannot carry out tasks or engage in particular activities, but not always. Sometimes it just makes them more complex or harder to do and enjoy.
And it’s not just the physical impact that is important to consider, there is also the emotional impact in terms of how people feel in relation to how this affects their day-to-day life and experiences.
We can undertake all types of care and support for people with a wide range of physical disabilities.
Our Care Professionals receive specialist training in caring for clients with physical disabilities and we are able to work closely with other health care professionals such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists, district nurses and GP’s to provide a comprehensive package of care.
We work closely with our clients and their families to create an individually-tailored plan of care so that you can be assured that the care received will be the most appropriate and effective care.
We take pride in offering a highly responsive service that gives great peace of mind that we are always available if any problems arise.
We will work as a team with other carers and health care professionals to ensure that our clients are always at the centre of the care and support we provide and that it is tailored to meet needs as they change.
