Our Radfield Home Care Stafford branch has been nominated for a Dignity in Care award which we are all thrilled about.
All of our carers and office and management teams work so hard to ensure that our clients receive care that respects their dignity at all times and it is lovely to be recognised for this hard work.
We have created a dignity tree in our Stafford office to which our clients, carers and family members have attached dignity messages about what dignity means to them and we have created a Dignity Do’s and Don’ts wall chart in our office as well to act as a constant reminder to everyone about the importance of respecting people’s dignity in their day to day lives.
My passion is to help home care business owners start and grow their businesses and promote Radfield’s purpose and mission.
