Thank you to all our wonderful Radfield Home Care franchise partners who were able to Be There at our May Forum and Summer Soiree on Wednesday, May 18.
It was brilliant to see so many faces from the network at our final home care forum in our Shrewsbury national office. As the network has grown so quickly in the past year, our national office has become a bit of a squeeze for forums, so in future, they will be held at an off-site location.
At the May forum we hosted presentations on the current position of the network, and what we have on the horizon, with the intention of informing, enlightening and inspiring our franchise partners.
We also covered the projects we are working on, such as the launch of Radfield Connected Care, a carefully curated line of assistive technology, that provides a wider variety of service options for clients and peace of mind for their families.
In the evening after the May forum, we made our way to The Boathouse, a local riverside bar and restaurant, for our Summer Soiree. Despite the name, this was a very relaxed evening where we could get to know one another on a more personal level.
Supporting and knowing one another is an integral aspect of being in the Radfield family, and events like this are crucial for ensuring we are all comfortable and confident working with one another.
Keeping the evening light, our own Jason Foster brought in a family favourite game, invented by his grandfather; Ping Ring. Similar to Pool, this game has a table with pockets and two colours. The difference is you use wooden rings that you flick along the table instead of using a ball and cue. Easy to pick up and devilish to master, the games brought a touch of friendly competition to the forum evening along with an ice breaker for teammates who had yet to be introduced.
At Radfield Home Care, our core values are built upon family and community and we are always on the lookout for like-minded spirits to join our network as franchise partners. If you are interested in starting your own business that directly supports and contributes to your surrounding community, we would love to hear from you.
