Founders of Radfield Home Care, Dr Hannah MacKechnie and Alex Green have once more been recognised in the prestigious 2023 Home Care Insight Power List under the Business Executive and Care Innovators categories respectively. The list features the top 30 influencers in the UK care sector, who are significantly impacting and improving the industry.

This is the third consecutive year that Alex has been named on the list, using his finance background to develop new systems and technologies that continue to enhance our services, earning his spot in the Care Innovators section. Meanwhile, Hannah’s influence as CEO is felt throughout the organisation as she perpetuates the provision of the highest quality care for our clients and training for our franchise partners.
Under Hannah’s leadership, our franchise partner onboarding and training program, the Radfield Runway was recognised in 2022 with a Princess Royal Training Award, selected and presented by Princess Anne. This is the second year in a row that Hannah has featured on the Home Care Insight Power List.
