Not enjoying getting back to work after summer? Here’s the perfect exit strategy…

Summer holidays are over, all the bags are unpacked, and the kids are back at school, so that just leaves you…..back at work in the same old job… again.

How do you feel about it?

I sincerely hope you have a rewarding job you enjoy, but I’m guessing your ambition is to get a lot more from your working life, otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this email. Well, it’s not just summer that has flashed by, but the whole year, too. There’s less than 4 months left of 2024 and, just like almost everyone else, I’m sure there’s plenty on your wish list for the year that didn’t get done…but fulfilling your ambition of starting your own business doesn’t have to be one of them.

The Radfield Home Care franchise can give you everything you need to turn that dream into a reality

  • Join a growing family of experts
The Radfield Home Care team’s 40+ years of experience and expertise really is unbeatable, and you’ll be able to tap straight into before you even launch.
  • A fantastic business model
Radfield Home Care aren’t just experts in care, they’re experts in the business of care. They know exactly how to help you succeed in this highly competitive, but very rewarding, industry.
  • Incredible training and support
Radfield Home Care will be right there along side you on every step of your journey as a home care business owner. With a 2:1 franchisee to support team members ratio, they understand your success is their success.
  • Streamlined systems and processes
Radfield leads the way in harnessing technology to ensure your business operates as smoothly as possible, leaving your free to do what is most important: growing your business and providing the highest possible quality of care.

Of course, this is just the tip of the iceberg! Visiting the Radfield Home Care franchise website is a great place to learn more about everything they can offer you.

Meeting the team for yourself

Have you thought about going to the National Franchise Exhibition at Birmingham NEC on 4th and 5th October this year? A wide selection of franchisors will be exhibiting, and there’ll be a huge number of speakers and seminars, all designed to help you understand your options as a potential franchisee. It could be a great opportunity for you to learn more about how franchising works and how it could change your life for the better.

As one of the UK’s most successful care franchises, the Radfield Home Care team will be there, of course, and I’ll also be around, so please do come by and say hello. Nothing beats meeting face to face to really get the size of an opportunity like this one!

Radfield co-founder, Dr. Hannah Mackechnie (pictured second from left) has also been invited to speak at the Empowering Women in Business event later this month as one of the Franchsing’s Five Founding Females featured this year. She’ll be talking about her own experiences, and her hopes for the future in empowering women just like herself. So, keep an eye out for more highlights from that later in the month!

It’s all about creating your own success, but they can’t do it for you…

Positive change in your career only happens when you get out there and make it happen, so what’s holding you back?

There are plenty of concerns I’m sure you have, and plenty of obstacles between you and starting your own home care business, but please remember: we’re here to help! I’m more than happy to answer any questions you have anytime – or to help you take the next step.
