While the Radfield Home Care franchise is becoming quite the extensive network, it’s still a very special occasion when a new franchise partner joins the team. Which is why Radfield are very happy to welcome their newest business owner in Berkshire this month!
The new recruits are actually a duo who don’t come from a care background themselves, but who have chosen the Radfield Home Care franchise as the best way to launch a whole new career working at the heart of their local community. They’re still both in training at the moment, but we’re planning to follow up with them soon to learn about their journey so far, why they chose Radfield Home Care in particular, and how they are making the transition to their new work life.

Uniting professionals from across the Radfield Home Care (UK) family, the network’s Foundations To Excellence Conference is the perfect opportunity for everyone to get together and look over everything that has happened in the last year, and discuss their plans for the future.
