What is your background prior to joining Radfield?

I completed my photography degree at Nottingham Trent University in 2022, which laid the foundation for my career in marketing. I began working as a Digital Content Assistant in the childcare sector, where I spent two years gaining valuable experience. During this time, I advanced to the role of Social Media Executive, developing skills in content creation and digital strategy. Although my background is primarily in the childcare sector, my experience in creating engaging content and managing social media channels has prepared me well for my new role as Creative Content Executive at Radfield Home Care.

How has your background prepared you for your new role at RHC?

Working as a Digital Content Assistant and then as a Social Media Executive in the childcare sector allowed me to develop strong skills in content creation, digital communication, and audience engagement. These skills are directly transferable to the care sector, where effective communication with families and stakeholders is essential.
