Our business and care experience
- We are the only home care brand whose founders and leaders bring both medical and commercial expertise. Dr Hannah MacKechnie is a fully qualified and experienced GP. Her medical background, experience and extensive qualifications enables her to play a leading role within Radfield in developing new services, driving quality standards and ensuring quality of care. Co-Founder Alex Green worked in finance, both corporate and retail, before moving into a number of roles within media companies as well as working as an advisor to technology brands. This is what makes Radfield unique in the market in the way we combine expertise in both business and care.

- We offer the highest level of tailored business support in the market to all our franchise partners. We currently (2023) operate at a 2:1 ratio of franchisee to support team members.
