What is your background prior to joining Radfield?

I have more than 20 years experience in the healthcare sector, more than half of which has been as a Registered Manager for homecare services, including complex nursing care for adults and children. I have also managed a care home for people living with dementia.

How has your background prepared you for your new role at RHC?

I have held registration for a range of services and been the main point of contact and accountability with the CQC. I understand how to measure and manage quality, as well as how to maintain, make improvements and implement new processes.

What has inspired you to want to be involved in the adult social care sector?

Vulnerable people deserve to be cared for with respect and dignity. It is a privilege to play a small part in delivering quality care service to these people.

How do you feel your role, and your experience, will benefit Radfield’s clients?

Through supporting the branch network to main quality and compliance, our care services will be delivered safely and effectively. Our clients will continue to receive exceptional service, which we will continue to develop and improve.
