About Ed
Ed has dedicated the past nine years to the care sector, supporting dozens of care businesses across the country. In 2021, he launched Radfield Home Care York with a mission to provide meaningful, supportive, and happy careers in care, aiming to redefine the way Care Professionals are valued. Holding a Journalism degree, Ed’s current focus is ensuring the team continues to uphold this vision, believing that a happy and well-supported team is key to delivering outstanding care to clients.
Outside of work, Ed is a keen ultrarunner, regularly competing in 50+ mile events across the country. He also shares his home with Squirrel, his 12-year-old border collie, who is a familiar face around the Radfield office.
