What is your background prior to joining Radfield?

I worked at Howells Veterinary Services prior to this role for almost 4 years as a HR Coordinator. I was responsible for recruiting and inductions, all the way to exit interviews. I looked after the social media, organised agricultural shows as well as training for the staff.

How has your background prepared you for your new role at RHC?

I have experience recruiting on many different platforms at my previous role, which will be useful in my position in the Radfield team.

What has inspired you to want to be involved in the adult social care sector?

Care is an ever-growing need, and I believe it is important for care to be provided at the highest standard.

How do you feel your role, and your experience, will benefit Radfield’s clients?

I can help to recruit amazing staff members who will be with the company for a long time, so they can build strong relationships with clients.
