Radfield Home Care York & Rural is delighted to announce the promotion of Marco Polledri to General Manager. With extensive experience in business leadership and finance, combined with a passion for delivering high-quality home care, Marco is the ideal person to drive our company’s growth and uphold our commitment to excellence in domiciliary care and live in care in York and surrounding rural areas.

Extensive Experience in Business and Health Care

Having played a pivotal role in our organisation’s finance department for nearly two years, Marco brings over 35 years of business experience across multiple industries, including hospitality, construction, property management, and charities. His prior experience in NHS finance has given him valuable insight into the complexities of the health and social care sector, equipping him with the expertise to lead Radfield Home Care York & Rural’s continued success in home care services.

In his new role, Marco will oversee our company’s strategy, financial sustainability, and business development while strengthening key relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. He will also focus on recruitment strategies and organisational growth, ensuring we continue to attract and retain the very best Care Professionals.

Supporting Our Team and Delivering Outstanding Care

Working closely with Operations Manager Jess Reed, Marco will support the wider team and drive our mission to provide Outstanding-rated domiciliary care in York, Thirsk, Easingwold, and Northallerton. His leadership will focus on enhancing staff retention, streamlining financial processes, and driving sustainable business growth, ensuring Radfield Home Care remains at the forefront of person-centred home care.

Marco is committed to fostering a positive and empowering workplace culture, ensuring that Care Professionals and office staff feel valued and supported. By strengthening our internal operations, we can continue to provide exceptional home care in York and surrounding areas that enables people to live independently in the comfort of their own homes.
