My background has given me a strong foundation to support Radfield Home Care Harrogate, Wetherby & North Yorkshire in expanding our client base. I’m passionate about refining our marketing approach, ensuring our message reaches those who truly need our personalised home care services.

What has inspired you to want to be involved in the adult social care sector?

Seeing my grandma transition from independence to relying on others gave me a deep appreciation for the importance of quality care. The support she received was essential in helping her continue to enjoy life to the fullest, despite the changes she faced. This experience has inspired me to be part of a service that makes a real difference to people’s lives.
