About Liz

Liz has 20 years of experience working in the care sector in a variety of roles including volunteer, support worker, senior support worker and in 2006 became the registered manager of a residential home for adults with learning disabilities. This position afforded Liz the opportunity to really make a difference to the residents and staff by ensuring they were at the heart of everything they did.
Liz joined Radfield Home Care Harrogate, Wetherby and North Yorkshire in March 2018 as she felt it was time for a new challenge and had heard very positive feedback about Radfield.

Liz explains,

“My aim is to support the growth of the business whilst maintaining the ‘family values’ that Radfield Home Care pride themselves on, and continuing to develop a highly skilled care team who deliver high quality, personalised care.”

Outside of work Liz enjoys cooking, spending time with her partner and their daughter and catching up with friends and family.
