Radfield Home Care Ormskirk launches new charity initiative

At Radfield Home Care Ormskirk, we are thrilled to introduce our latest community focused initiative, “Donate Your Preloved Items.” Through this project, our Care Professionals, staff, and local community members are encouraged to come together and donate preloved items to charity shops in Ormskirk.

As a home care provider in Ormskirk, we understand the importance of giving back and staying connected to our local community. By working together, we aim to support those in need and promote our values of compassion, connection, and community.

Supporting Local Charity Shops in Ormskirk

The initiative kicks off with a partnership with The Salvation Army charity shop in Ormskirk. Our Care Professionals and staff have eagerly contributed clothing, household goods, and other items to be sold in the charity shop, with all proceeds benefiting local causes. This collaboration exemplifies our commitment to Ormskirk charity support, ensuring that contributions directly benefit our neighbours.
Lisa Packer, manager of The Salvation Army shop, expressed her gratitude, stating:

“This is a wonderful initiative that shows real support for the people of Ormskirk. Radfield Home Care is making a difference in our community, and we’re incredibly grateful for their ongoing support.”

For us at Radfield Home Care Ormskirk, this initiative is about more than just donations. It’s about strengthening our relationship with the local community and continuing our mission to help people stay connected to what matters most in their lives.

Our commitment to giving back

At Radfield Home Care, we believe that creating positive change starts with small acts of kindness. Our “Donate Your Preloved Items” initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting the community while also providing compassionate care. We encourage residents to consider preloved items donations in Ormskirk as a way to assist those who rely on charity shops for affordable goods.

Business Owner Dave Bellis and Director of Operations Denys Hall have voiced their enthusiastic support for the initiative, saying, “We’re happy to support our local community and its charities, especially during these challenging financial times.”

With the rising cost of living affecting so many, we hope our donations will help keep essential charity shops running and provide affordable goods to those in need. This is just one way we continue to fulfil our mission of being a home care provider that champions care people want as well as need.

A shared community effort

As we move forward with this initiative, we’re excited to see more people get involved. Whether you’re clearing out your home or looking for ways to give back, donating preloved items is a simple yet impactful way to contribute to our community. The support for local charity shops in Ormskirk is vital, and every contribution makes a difference.

At Radfield Home Care, we remain dedicated to building meaningful connections within Ormskirk. By partnering with local charities and encouraging our Care Professionals and clients to participate, we’re helping create a more caring and supportive environment for all.
