About Dave
Dave is Director of Radfield Home Care Liverpool North & Sefton. Dave has worked for Shell for over 15 years, involved in a number of global projects, working with interesting people all over the world.
It is Dave’s belief that being able to interact with individuals from all walks of life is an integral part of being successful in the Home Care sector and he has brought all of these skills to his business.
Dave has first-hand home care experience, as sadly over recent years he has seen both his parents struggle with Dementia and the challenges this brings to family and loved ones. As the family journey continued, Dave’s inspiration for his business has been driven by his struggle to find high quality, person-centred home care for his parents.
