Radfield Home Care Liverpool North & Sefton is thrilled to announce an exciting new Community Partnership with Southport Football Club. Together, we are committed to providing support for older people in Liverpool North, Sefton and surrounding areas, including those living with dementia. This collaboration is a testament to our shared goal of enhancing well being, fostering meaningful connections, and providing much-needed support within the local community.
Radfield Home Care Liverpool North & Sefton specialises in providing personalised home care services that support individuals to remain independent and connected to what matters most. Our partnership with Southport Football Club allows us to expand this mission by supporting events and initiatives designed to bring people together and raise awareness about the care and support available locally.
One of the most anticipated events is the Ladies Day Community Event, taking place on 4th April. This special day will welcome residents from Southport and nearby areas for an afternoon of activities, information sharing, and community connection. It will be a fantastic opportunity to support older adults, including those living with dementia, while offering practical advice for those who may need assistance at home.
A key feature of this collaboration is Radfield Home Care’s regular presence at Southport Football Club. As Radfield Home Care Southport’s Business Development, Marketing & Events Coordinator, I, Lesley Malone, am delighted to be a regular presence at Southport Football Club. Each week, I will be available to provide guidance and answer any questions about our personalised home care services.
Whether you’re considering care options for yourself or a loved one, I’ll be there to provide guidance and support. I’ll be available to discuss how our personalised services can assist with daily tasks and how we offer specialist care for those with unique needs. I’m excited to connect with members of the community and help them find the right care solutions.
