Steph Kelly joined Radfield Home Care in August 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Having previously worked in beauty and spa therapy, she decided to pivot her career to support those most in need, joining us as a Care Professional. Right from the start, Steph’s natural empathy, reliability, and dedication to providing high-quality home care in Liverpool North and Sefton were apparent, and she quickly became an integral part of the team.
Her commitment to the role did not go unnoticed. Steph’s strong work ethic and leadership skills led her to a promotion to Field Care Supervisor. In this new role, she was able to continue supporting clients while also overseeing the quality of care provided to others.
For the past six months, Steph has worked as the Coordinator for Radfield Home Care’s Ormskirk and Southport. In this role, she ensures that personalised home care services in Southport, Ormskirk and the surrounding areas are delivered with the highest standards of care. Steph plays a key role in ensuring that families and individuals across Liverpool North, Sefton, Ormskirk and Southport continue to receive the care and support they need.

When not adventuring, Steph relaxes with hobbies like cooking, music, and Netflix, proving that a fulfilling career and personal life can go hand in hand.
