Radfield Home Care Liverpool North is delighted to announce the results of its latest CQC inspection, rated as ‘Good’ in all areas of its business.

CQC (Care Quality Commission) is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. It makes sure that health and social care services provide people with high-quality safe care and encourages care services to continually improve. The CQC report highlighted that everyone at Radfield Home Care including staff, clients, families and health care professionals spoke positively about the care they have experienced from Radfield and commented that the service was extremely responsive to client needs. Radfield Home Care Liverpool North was also highly praised for the great team of office and care staff.
