Since December 2023, when Stephanie completed the initial care assessment and developed a comprehensive care plan for this wonderful client, she has maintained regular contact with the family. Through various communication channels, including Skype, email, and WhatsApp, Stephanie has adapted the care plan to meet the evolving needs of their loved one.
