I took customer enquiries and completed any assessments for all areas that the business covered if needed. I was also responsible for communicating with local authorities and the NHS, supporting complex and 24 hour care packages.”
In June 2022, Victoria had the opportunity to become a training manager, where she was responsible for training all new Care Professionals and guiding them through their probation. She would ensure all Care Professionals were up to date with their mandatory training.

“Prior to adult social care I worked as a Learning Support Assistant in SCE (Service Children Education) in Germany, I supported children aged 3-4 including those with special needs and dealing with parents deployments. “I feel that I have a good knowledge base as well as a good level of compassion, empathy and understanding to help support clients in the decision making or for new potential clients to come on board with all the information needed. I even helped support my own elderly grandparents who had mixed dementia. I have good people skills and enjoy listening to their stories and spending time getting to know them.”
