To help answer some of the many questions you may have, we are delighted to host our second annual Dementia Information Day on Friday, May 17th, 2024, at Shrewsbury Town Football Club.

We believe in the power of community and shared wisdom. Our Dementia Information Day serves as a hub bringing together 38 organisations and charities specialising in dementia care from all over Shropshire. They will provide you with valuable insights, practical advice and, importantly, understanding support. Our Care Professionals will also be available throughout the day to answer any questions and offer their expert advice.
