Sona Bharkhada has always been guided by a passion for making a meaningful difference. Her professional journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in science, which led her to a career in biomedical research at a leading pharmaceutical company, where she supported advancements in cancer treatment.

“This early chapter in my career helped me understand the profound impact of meaningful work and inspired me to pursue opportunities that could contribute more widely to society. My interest in public health grew, and I went on to complete a Master’s degree in the field, focusing on improving care and support for vulnerable individuals.”

Sona spent many years in the private healthcare sector, working closely with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. Her focus was always on ensuring individuals received compassionate and effective care tailored to their unique needs, particularly those living with disabilities.

As more older people choose to remain independent in their own homes, Sona is committed to providing a personalised approach that enables individuals to live life on their terms.
