A team which ‘makes a difference to people’s lives’ has won the Customer Care award at the Rutland and Stamford Mercury Business Awards 2023.
No stranger to the awards, Radfield Home Care Stamford, Peterborough & Rutland was named Best New Start-Up in 2020, although this year’s dazzling ceremony was a lot different to when James received the award in a car park during the pandemic. Rose Krezwell, Field Care Supervisor, also won the Employee of the Year Award in 2021.
Committed to delivering outstanding home care to people in local communities, Radfield Home Care Stamford, Peterborough & Rutland was also named a Top 20 local home care provider by review aggregator, Homecare.co.uk. Based on client and family feedback, the care provider holds an incredible score of 9.9/10 and is rated as Outstanding by the CQC.
Presenting the Customer Care award category, judge Richard Olsen of Pegasus Funding said:
