Nathaniel McDowall

Nathaniel is the Business Development Manager for the Radfield Home Care Spalding & Wisbech office, and has a dedication to providing compassionate care to Radfield’s clients in a supportive environment. In 2024, Nathaniel was inspired to start his journey in the social care sector with the passion to help others maintain their independence and quality of life. He said:

Nathaniel’s past experience has cultivated a strong foundation in caring for others. In his previous role as Head of Region for a food-based charity, Nathaniel was responsible for overseeing operations in Manchester, Stoke-on-Trent, and Lincolnshire. He led teams dedicated to providing food assistance to individuals and families facing food insecurity. Nathaniel goes on to say:
