What is your background prior to joining Radfield?
I have extensive experience as an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner and Managing Director for more than 15 years, overseeing physiotherapy and MSK services across 50 locations. I have managed teams of over 60 staff, ensuring high-quality care. My background includes leadership, service development, and hands-on clinical practice, aligning well with roles in the care sector.
What has inspired you to want to be involved in the adult social care sector?
My previous back ground in Healthcare involved working with various organisations including Social care services.
