Registered Care Manager
We would like to introduce you to Claire Parrock, registered care manager for Radfield Home Care Colchester, Frinton & Clacton. Claire is responsible for the day to day running of the office in line with CQC regulations and also for ensuring that the service is safe, caring, responsive, effective and well led. Claire is the key point of contact for carers, clients and their families and promotes individual’s wellbeing at all times.
What is your background prior to joining Radfield?
I was a registered manager for 8 years in my previous employment, I started as a care and support worker, became senior care and support worker and then deputy manager before becoming registered manager. I have worked in the health and social care sector for 29 years.
How has your background prepared you for your new role at RHC?
Due to my background I have gained knowledge within the care sector and experience with leading and supporting a team.
What has inspired you to want to be involved in the adult social care sector?
Watching my mum in the care sector has always been my inspiration. I aim to bring structure and strong leadership to the team.
