What is your background prior to joining Radfield?

I previously worked for a care provider for 12 years. I started as a care and support worker and worked my way up to be a senior care and support worker, a deputy manager for 4 years, then my last position as Registered Care Manager was held for nearly 2 years. My last CQC inspection were awarded an Outstanding. 

How has your background prepared you for your new role at RHC?

I have a wealth of knowledge in delivering private and funded care contracts. Being in care for 22 years has prepared me and given me the resources I need to be good leader, who is kind, compassionate caring and a great listener. 

What has inspired you to want to be involved in the adult social care sector?

It ran in the family so I grew up around it. I believe my experiences will bring good structure and better ways of working to the team.
