Recruitment open day a big success!

We’re always keen to welcome new people into the world of care. We take a massive amount of pride in how much we look after our Care Professionals and wider care family. So, on October 17th we decided to put on a bit of a show and open our doors to everyone in the Colchester community to learn a little more about the care roles we have available.

I headed up the event, with support from some of the team at St Helena. It took some time setting up the table with our table cloth, balloons, banners, bags, pens, uniforms and loads of information about the role and the office. As you can see, it looked pretty good!

The day was a big success with lots of people coming through the door. It’s always a pleasure for us to talk about what we do. There’s always room for more people to join our family, we’re expanding heavily and can’t wait to work with our new colleagues.
