What a year so far!

Despite only being in the fourth week of the new year, myself and the team here at Radfield Home Care Havering and Brentwood are incredibly humbled to already be hearing such great feedback from our local community and clients; including another award nomination!

Following a great Christmas period, during which our family of carers delivered incredible levels of care to our wonderful clients, the recent feedback has led a surge in referrals, helping us continue to increase the amount of care we are delivering in the local community.

We are extremely grateful to our existing clients, as a lot of interest is coming following their recommendation…

When we receive any enquiry through a recommendation, we are always keen to find out who has referred us, so we can let them know and thank them personally.

Recommendations are highly valued and something we are extremely proud of and grateful for. They are the result of the great care we provide, our excellent communication with our clients and families and our care team going above and beyond in their roles.

As a result of this wonderfully positive feedback and word-of-mouth, we also have a lot to look forward to in the coming months…

In February, we are heading to the Havering Business Awards where Radfield Home Care has been nominated for the New Business of the Year Award. Having won the Judges Award at the Thames Gateway Business Awards in 2017, we are over the moon to be nominated for a second award less than 12 months since we started delivering care in the community.

We were even more chuffed to hear Lorna Waters, Station Manager at Time 107.5 FM and Havering Business Awards judge, comment:

“We had so many worthy contenders which made this year’s judging process very difficult. There were lots of new businesses entering, so it was really inspiring to see how well people in the borough are doing.”

We also wanted to send our congratulations to all the awards nominees, including Havering Beauty Academy, Pandora Images, Havering Council and Tesco! We are really looking forward to a night of glitz and glamour at the CEME Conference Centre in Rainham on the 8th February to hear the results.
