Top BFA ‘Next Generation’ award shortlisting for Radfield

Radfield Home Care Havering and Brentwood has been celebrating having been shortlisted as a finalist in the recent prestigious British Franchise Association (BFA) awards which was sponsored by HSBC and took place on 30 November 2020.

Competition had been noted by the organisers as being ‘fierce’ this year, and Radfield was amongst the only 5 that were shortlisted within the coveted ‘Next Generation Franchisee’ category – designed to highlight ‘the young guns in franchising’. The BFA criteria stated that the ‘award recognises that franchising isn’t all about experience. Judges will be looking for a franchisee under 35, who has established a profitable franchise although they may not have come from a business background. Finalists will be dynamic, driven individuals who have achieved success beyond their years. Radfield Home Care Havering and Brentwood, co-director Jennie Bardrick, who helped launch the business, was delighted to receive the nomination and to record a YouTube video in support of this.

Due to the current social restrictions in place due to Covid-19, the award ceremony was held online but still had all the glamour with participants being encouraged to dress up, grab a drink at home and to celebrate their nominations.
