Havering Top 20 Provider in the whole of London!

The entire team at Radfield Havering & Brentwood are extremely excited to announce that they have been awarded the ‘Top 20’ Home Care providers in the whole of London at the annual Homecare.co.uk awards.

The homecare.co.uk Top 20 Home Care Awards 2018 highlight the most recommended Home Care Providers in each region of the UK. The Awards are based on the review scores which are submitted by customers and these scores are then benchmarked across the region.

Radfield Home Care Havering and Brentwood are proud to announce that they have received a ten out of ten score on homecare.co.uk, from the reviews written by their clients who highly recommend the service. Trish, a daughter of one of Radfield’s customers, made the following comment,

“I have already recommended Radfield as I’m so impressed with all involved in Mum’s care. Such a high standard we have never experienced before.

It’s difficult entrusting others to care for family members but the Radfield team is there for mum for all her care needs. All staff have been professional and really have become great friends with mum and the family.

Directors and cousins Jennie Bardrick and Lisa Cable dedicate this latest award win to their Care Manager Natalea Haydon and her incredible team of carers. Natalea is extremely focused on ensuring that the carers are trained to the highest standard and deliver exceptional quality of care to their clients.
