At Radfield Home Care Barnet & Finchley, we are firm believers in the power of quality training and team support, providing comprehensive induction and mandatory training for our Care Professionals. One such recent demonstration of this commitment was our two-day intensive training session on 6th March conducted by our Registered Care Manager, Andrea Daley. The training day helped improve skills across the Radfield network as it was also attended by team members from our neighbouring office Radfield Home Care Camden, Islington & Haringey.
Andrea Daley, leading the training, brought a wealth of knowledge and skill to the table. As our Registered Care Manager at Radfield Home Care Barnet & Finchley, she spearheads our care initiatives ensuring that each client receives unparalleled care. Her ability to pass on this wisdom and hands-on experience to other Care Professionals is invaluable, making her an ideal trainer.
Over the two days, she imparted not merely techniques but a sense of dedication to high-quality home care. Every participant passed their practical training, a testament to both their dedication and the quality of instruction they received.
The participants, now freshly equipped with the knowledge and practical skills, are ready to join our network of Care Professionals across the UK. These professionals are critical in our mission to not only provide the care that people need but the care that people truly want.
The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with participants praising Andrea for being a very good trainer. Besides adding to their knowledge base, these sessions have also instilled a sense of confidence in our Care Professionals. They are now ready to take on their roles and responsibilities, ready to work in shifts with clients, and ready to positively impact the lives of those they care for.
At Radfield Home Care our team are all here for one another. Along with training, to help cultivate a sense of community amongst our team, we hold regular team meetings on such topics as our Be There movement, encouraging our team members and clients to Be Connected, Be Themselves and Be Inspired. Speaking about our latest meeting a team member said:
“It can be very lonely working as a carer in the community. It’s lovely to be part of the team at RHCBF and take part in regular team meetings, meeting the office team and fellow carers.”
We at Radfield Home Care are no strangers to the world of care. With our origins spanning over 40 years, we continuously strive to provide quality and premium private home care. Our core purpose is to help people age well by remaining connected to the things that matter most in their lives.
