What is your background prior to joining Radfield?

I recently graduated from ARU London with a degree in Business and Marketing. During my studies, I worked on various projects that helped me develop my skillset. I also gained experience working in team environments and managing tasks independently.

How has your background prepared you for your new role at RHC?

My degree in Business and Marketing from ARU London has equipped me with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Throughout my studies, I worked on projects that required teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail—skills that are essential in any role.

I’m also used to working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple tasks at once, which I believe will help me thrive at RHC. Most importantly, I’m eager to learn, and I’m excited to apply my skills while growing into this role and making a positive impact.

What has inspired you to want to be involved in the adult social care sector?

I’m inspired by the opportunity to be part of a sector that makes a real difference in people’s lives. The idea of contributing to a team that supports individuals and enhances their quality of life is really meaningful to me.

I’m also excited about the chance to learn and develop new skills in a sector that is so important. I believe my strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills will allow me to contribute effectively while growing in this role.

How do you feel your role, and your experience, will benefit Radfield’s clients?

While I’m new to the care sector, my background in Business and Marketing has given me a lot of experience and skills that I believe will benefit Radfield’s clients. I understand the importance of clear communication, attention to detail, and building positive relationships—key aspects of providing excellent support and service.

My goal is to support the team in delivering high-quality care while ensuring that clients feel valued, heard, and well looked after.
