I recently graduated from ARU London with a degree in Business and Marketing. During my studies, I worked on various projects that helped me develop my skillset. I also gained experience working in team environments and managing tasks independently.

I’m also used to working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple tasks at once, which I believe will help me thrive at RHC. Most importantly, I’m eager to learn, and I’m excited to apply my skills while growing into this role and making a positive impact.
I’m inspired by the opportunity to be part of a sector that makes a real difference in people’s lives. The idea of contributing to a team that supports individuals and enhances their quality of life is really meaningful to me.

While I’m new to the care sector, my background in Business and Marketing has given me a lot of experience and skills that I believe will benefit Radfield’s clients. I understand the importance of clear communication, attention to detail, and building positive relationships—key aspects of providing excellent support and service.
My goal is to support the team in delivering high-quality care while ensuring that clients feel valued, heard, and well looked after.
