Are you looking for somewhere to connect with others? Enjoy some tea, coffee and cake, or just try something different? If so, our Epsom & Leatherhead Social Café could be just what you’re looking for.
We want to create a safe, warm space for older people to come and meet others whilst enjoying refreshments, activities and socialising. COVID severely limited everyone’s opportunities to connect with others, especially for older people. We’re hoping this café helps bridge that gap and gets us back to meeting others and trying new things.
The Social Café is being held in the Norbury Room in the Leatherhead Institute on the second Friday of every month 10.30 am – 12 noon.
We have recently opened our offices in The Leatherhead Institute and are running a free Social Café, open to all. We provide quality care in the community focusing on the individual, promoting independence and continuing with the things we love. That’s why we have set up a Social Café, open to all and free.
Running on the second Friday of every month, there will be tea, coffee and cake available and a different activity to get involved with. Come alone or with friends, our experienced and friendly team will be on hand to make you feel welcome. The café will be held in the Norbury Room in the Leatherhead Institute (at the top of the High Street) and we will be there to meet you. There is disabled parking at the front of the building or you can park in the Swan Centre Car park which is just behind the institute.
