Joanne Vivash

We would like to introduce you to Joanne Vivash, Registered Care Manager for Radfield Home Care Bath, Keynsham and Radstock. Joanne is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office in line with CQC regulations and ensuring that the service is safe, caring, responsive and effective. She is a key point of contact for carers, clients and their families and promotes individuals’ wellbeing at all times.

An experienced member of the care sector, Joanne has brought a fantastic career background to Radfield:

I have worked in the care sector for around 30 years now. I started as a cleaner in a care home and quickly progressed to be a care assistant. I have enjoyed many different roles within care. Most recently I have been working as a care coordinator for the past 12 years in various companies. This is my first manager’s role and I have a lot to bring to the role with my years of experience – managing staff, clients and providing care. I can relate to the care professionals as I have worked my way up to this position. I am empathetic to the vital and sometimes difficult job they do.

Being a Registered Care Manager is something that felt like a natural fit for Joanne:

I love to help and make a difference and just want our clients to have the best experience they can. It can be such a hard thing to accept help and admit it’s needed so the least we can do is make it the best experience possible. I bring a very friendly open approach to the role and can empathise with our care professionals. I want the best for our Radfield clients in every way.
