Radfield Home Care Wycombe, Beaconsfield & South Bucks is delighted to share the success of our very first Senior Lunch Club in High Wycombe. This exciting new initiative is now a regular event on our monthly calendar, bringing together clients and the local community. Our goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where everyone can enjoy a delicious meal, connect with others, and take part in fun, lighthearted activities.

Whether it’s reconnecting with old friends, meeting new people, or simply enjoying good company, our Senior Lunch Club is the perfect place to relax and have fun. If you’re looking for things to do for older people in Wycombe, our lunch club offers a fantastic opportunity to enjoy great food, lively conversation, and a warm, friendly atmosphere.
The Senior Lunch Club held its first session this Tuesday at The Stag in Flackwell Heath, and it was a hit! We welcomed our existing clients and were thrilled to see them enjoying a lovely two-course meal while catching up with friends and peers. After the meal, everyone had fun playing a few rounds of Bingo. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect, laugh, and make new memories together. We can’t wait for future sessions to bring even more joy and connection to the High Wycombe community.
The Stag itself provided the perfect setting for our event. With its charming, cosy interior and stunning views of the surrounding fields, the pub offers a peaceful retreat where people can relax and enjoy their meal. The warm, inviting atmosphere made it easy for everyone to feel at ease, whether they were old friends reconnecting or new faces meeting for the first time. The crackling of the fireplace, the friendly service, and the beautiful countryside views created a peaceful yet lively backdrop for our lunch gathering. It was the ideal place to enjoy delicious food and spend quality time with others in the community.

The cosy and inviting space allows everyone to relax and enjoy their time together in comfort. We are excited to invite local residents to join us for future sessions, where you can savour a delicious meal, enjoy good company, and take part in fun, engaging activities. Looking ahead, we plan to introduce even more interactive experiences, such as quizzes and board games, to further enhance communication and encourage social interaction. It’s a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, make lasting connections, and enjoy a truly enjoyable afternoon.
